This notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law") to inform you about how the personal data you share through the inngroup.com.tr website is processed.

2. Privacy notice for the contact form
Personal data processed
- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact: phone number, email address
- Request details: company name, service of interest, area, project details and anything you write in the note field
Purposes of processing
- Responding to your request and communicating with you
- Preparing a preliminary review and proposal for the service you requested
- Conducting negotiations towards the conclusion of a service agreement
Legal basis
Your data is processed under Article 5(2)(c) of the Law (processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed).
Retention period
The information you submit through the form is retained for 2 years from the conclusion of your request; if a contract is concluded between us, the periods set out in the relevant legislation apply. At the end of the period, your data is erased, destroyed or anonymized.
3. Privacy notice for job applicants
Personal data processed
- Identity and contact: first name, last name, phone number
- CV information: education, work experience and other information contained in the CV file you send
We kindly ask that you do not include in your CV any information not needed to assess your application, or any special categories of personal data (such as health information, religion, trade union membership or criminal records).
Purposes of processing
- Evaluating your job application
- Contacting you and conducting the recruitment process if a suitable position is available
Legal basis
Your data is processed under Article 5(2)(c) of the Law (processing is directly related to the conclusion of a contract) and Article 5(2)(f) (legitimate interests of the data controller).
Retention period
If your application is not successful, your CV and application details are retained for 1 year from the application date so that you may be considered for future openings, and are erased at the end of this period. You may request erasure before this period expires.
4. Method of collecting personal data
Your personal data is collected electronically when you fill in the contact and application forms on our website. Our website does not use cookies or analytics tools that track visitors.
5. Transfer of personal data
- Your data is shared with the relevant employees of the group company providing the service related to your request.
- The service providers from whom we obtain website hosting, form infrastructure and email services process your data solely for the purpose of providing those services. As the servers of the form infrastructure provider are located abroad, your data may be transferred abroad in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the Law.
- Upon request by legally authorized public institutions and organizations, your data is shared to the extent required by the relevant legislation.
Apart from these, your data is not sold to third parties or shared for marketing purposes.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information about the processing, if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom the data is transferred,
- request rectification if the data is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
- request erasure or destruction of the data within the framework of the conditions in Article 7 of the Law,
- request that rectification, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- object to any outcome against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damages if you suffer loss due to unlawful processing
as set out above.
7. Applications
You may submit your requests, together with information verifying your identity, by email to info@inngroup.com.tr or in writing to our address above. Your application will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible, depending on the nature of the request, and within 30 days at the latest.
